Rules that can fail you
- EOD trailing drawdown
- The loss floor moves up with your end-of-day balance high — never intraday. A green day that retraces before the close cannot fail you.
- floor tracks max drawdown of $1,000 / $2,000 / $1,750 / $3,000 / $3,500 / $5,250
- 50% consistency rule
- No single day may exceed 50% of total profit when you request a payout. Plan your sizing so one big day doesn't trap the account.
- Minimum trading days
- 1–2 (varies by plan) trading days required before payout eligibility.
Rules in your favor
- No daily loss limit on 3 plans
- A bad morning can't end the account by itself — only the max drawdown floor applies.
- No consistency rule on 3 plans
- One big day can be your whole profit — payouts aren't gated on how evenly you earned.
- No activation fee on 3 plans
- Funding starts without a second purchase after passing.
- 90% profit split
- 90% from first performance-fee request; up to 50% of profit withdrawable per request
